How to Use Nail Art Brushes For Best Results

There are many nail art brushes, some of which you may not find important. If you want to know how to use nail art brushes, it’s critical that you identify the most significant brushes that you can start with. However, for a successful nail art, you may want to consider investing on a good set later.

Here, we discuss how to use nail art brushes you may have heard of.

Detail Brush
This is arguably the most important brush when you want to think about how to use nail art brushes. It is among the smallest nail art brushes you can come across. Use this nail art brush for complex painting because it provides perfect precision and control. Some nail artists prefer using a nail art pen for the same purpose. However, it can sometimes be hard to control the flow of polish with nail art pens. You can use Detail Brush to create cartoon nails, neon pattern nails, leopard nails and tribal nails among others.….
Striping Brush
If you want to know how to use nail art brushes, then a Striping Brush is a nail art brush used to paint those skinny or long smooth lines. This brush doesn’t provide as much control and intricacy as the Detail Brush, but produces flawless lines vey easily when held correctly. It’s ideal for creating zebra nails, snowflakes nails, crystal nails and American flag nails.
Clean Up Brushes
Cleaning up after a nail art job is just as important as the job itself. There are many clean up brushes you may want to know after learning how to use nail art brushes. Ensure that you go for one that doesn’t hold much liquid, so that you don’t flood your cuticle with acetone as you clean up. You can also use an angle brush, but you must ensure that it’s not too saturated before it touches your cuticle to avoid flooding. Using 100% acetone with your clean up brushes may give you the best results.
Caring For Your Brushes
Knowing how to care for your brushes is just as important as knowing how to use nail art brushes. To get excellent results with your brushes, you must care for them properly. Clean them as soon as you finish using them. Do a quick rinse on 100% acetone right after the exercise.
To do this, Pour some acetone on the bottle lid, swirl the brush on the lid then gently wipe with a cotton pad. Repeat this process till there is no more polish residue left on the cotton as you wipe. If you let polish dry on your brushes, they may become stiff and hard. If this happens, consider soaking them in acetone or any other remover but not for too long because you may end up with bent tips.
